Acceptable Fair Use
We aren't enforcing AI limits for paid subscribers seats yet. When we do, each tier will carry a clearly stated usage allowance. See below table for what this will likely be.

These limits are designed to accommodate typical marketing and regulatory workflows while ensuring fair access for all users.
Monitoring & Compliance
We monitor usage patterns to detect abuse or unintentional overuse. This includes:
- Frequency and volume of check submissions
- IP address/session anomalies
- API behaviour inconsistent with plan
CheckedIt.ai will:
- Notify users prior to any enforcement
- Allow for good-faith spikes (e.g. campaign launch days)
- Provide upgrade or support options if usage needs have scaled
Enforcement Actions
Violations may lead to:
- Rate-limiting or throttling usage
- Email warning or temporary suspension
- For serious or repeat violations, termination of service in line with our Terms & Conditions
We strive for proportionality: minor breaches will not result in harsh penalties.
User Obligations
You must:
- Use the platform only for the regulatory compliance assessment of your business or clients
- Not sub-license platform access to third parties unless contractually allowed
- Not extract, reproduce, or republish AI outputs as generic legal advice or resell them
Privacy & Security
Any monitoring under this Policy complies with:
- Our Privacy Policy
- The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles
- Your rights under applicable consumer and data protection law
We do not access uploaded creative content for purposes outside policy enforcement, model tuning, or anonymised benchmarking.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy periodically to align with:
- Regulatory changes (e.g., ABAC, FSANZ, ACCC guidelines)
- Usage trends
- Platform upgrades
You'll be notified in advance of any material changes.
